What’s for breakfast?


What’s your go to breakfast?  I seemed to have over done it on smoothies {having them twice a day for way to long}.  Steel cut oats and fruit is another one of my faves.  What else should be adding to the mix?

  1. Gluten free pancakes!! I make a huge batch and freeze them individually to reheat in the toaster! I use Pamela’s gluten free pancake mix with almond milk, coconut oil, chia seeds, blueberries and walnuts! Yum!!! I eat them on the run!! They do have an egg in them but you could use a vegan replacement!

    • Oooh! Those sounds perfect! I’ve never seen Pamela’s before, where do I get some? I love the idea of being able to eat them on the run. That is why a smoothie is so great, I can sneak in my breakfast while chasing the little one around!
